Cressi Sub is conducting a recall of a limited number of RAFFAELLO computers that were manufactured and placed on the market from 12/04/2024, and which have the following serial numbers: Sn 001001 to Sn001481
The serial numbers are indicated on the product packaging as shown in the photographs below (in particular, the serial number has been circled in red):
or are visible from the computer itself by viewing the INFO page under SYSTEM in the menu. What is the possible problem? In a limited number of specimens, the use of the compass during diving could cause the computer to switch off. As a precaution, if you purchased a Raffaello model computer with serial numbers Sn 001001 to Sn001481 please do not use it and send it to us immediately at our expense for verification and updating, if necessary:
- to the specialised dealer where you purchased the product who will send it to us, after which it will be returned to you as soon as possible at our expense;
- alternatively to:
